They have a simple menu of hamburgers and cheeseburgers, with the option of adding bacon, pickles, and onions to each burger if desired. This simple diner isn’t fancy in the least, but it does serve some of the best burgers around. It only takes a visit to see why this location is so popular.

Sacred Beast, a diner in Over-The-Rhine, is recognized for offering excellent burgers in a welcoming ambiance. The double cheeseburger with an egg on top is our personal favorite.

The BRU Burger Bar is a great place to get a delicious burger. They have onion rings and fries that taste great, and the brioche buns are nice and soft. Plus, their house-made ketchup is super tasty. The environment is clean and friendly, and it’s kid-friendly too!
Bard’s Burgers & Chili
Bard’s Burgers & Chili, located across the Ohio River in Covington, KY, is one of Northern Kentucky’s top burger joints. If you’re a real foodie, you might want to try Bard’s Bardzilla Burger Challenge, which involves eating eleven 1/3-pound burger patties layered with 22 slices of cheese and two pounds of fries in under an hour. If you succeed, you’ll get a free burger and fries meal every week for the rest of your life.

Zip’s Cafe is next on our list of the top places to get a burger in Queen City. Zip’s, located in the center of Mt. Lookout, is a local favorite for a reason. Their burgers are amazing, the service is excellent, and you’ll almost certainly return after your first visit.

Arthur’s Cafe, a renowned local cafe in the posh Hyde Park neighborhood, delivers great burgers that go well with craft brews. Their basic cheeseburger with bacon on top is our particular favorite. Simple but delicious.

Next up is Nine Giant Brewing, a Pleasant Ridge brewery that also happens to serve some of the city’s most delectable and fatty burgers. It’s simple to see why people adore this place: you may have a burger while sipping on a wide range of locally brewed beers.

Tickle Pickle, a little burger business in Northside, is one of the most interesting spots to get a burger in Queen City. Breadzepplin, meatallica, and rom zomwich are among the burgers named after rock ‘n’ roll superstars. The Metallica, a burger topped with layers of bacon and cheese, is our particular favorite, but you can’t go wrong with any of the burgers on the menu. Their mac ‘n cheese is also a tasty side dish that we recommend you add to your order!

Roney’s, a neighborhood joint in Milford that dishes up some of the best food in the city, is one of the best spots to get a burger on the city’s far east side. Their cheeseburgers are amazing, but they also have roast beef sandwiches on the menu. Whatever you order, you’re almost certainly going to appreciate it.

If you’re looking for an epic food experience, Jack Brown’s Beer & Burger Joint is definitely the place to go. With a unique atmosphere and cozy decor, it’s the perfect spot for a date night or night out with friends. The Dr Gonzo Burger and Cobra Kai Burger are both out of this world, and the deep-fried Oreos make for the perfect dessert. Plus, the friendly staff only adds to the epic food experience.
Krueger’s Tavern (temporarily closed)
Krueger’s Tavern, a prominent two-story restaurant with a rooftop patio in the middle of Over-The-Rhine famed for its outstanding burgers, is next on the list. The bacon burger is our particular favorite (have you seen a trend that we prefer bacon?) However, their Krueger burger, blue gruyere burger, and veggie burgers are fantastic choices.

Quatman Cafe in Norwood is one of the most understated venues in Cincinnati to enjoy a fantastic burger. Quatman has the feel of a classic old-school diner, with quick and friendly service and great burgers.

Nation Kitchen & Bar, located in Pendleton, is a newcomer to Cincinnati’s burger scene, but it has rapidly earned a reputation as a spot that offers some of the best food in the area. Each burger on the menu is flavorful, and the inventive potato sides complement the main courses nicely.
