In 1933, the first drive-in movie theatre debuted in Camden, New Jersey. Drive-in movie theatres are still around nearly 90 years later.
There’s something about viewing a movie on a big screen outside on a hot summer night with hundreds of other cars that appeal to many of us. Perhaps it’s the feeling of excitement or the strangeness of the experience itself that makes it so enjoyable.
Fortunately for those in Cincinnati, two outstanding drive-in theatres are still in operation in the city, and two more are located less than an hour away in Dayton.
We’ll give you the locations and a quick rundown of each of these four drive-in movie theatres in this post.
