The Woodburn Brewery, located in the center of East Walnut Hills, is one of Cincinnati’s most hip and dog-friendly breweries.
Description
Woodburn had built a reputation for being laid-back and obtain a special spot to enjoy a craft brew when it first opened its doors in the summer of 2016.
Woodburn offers a unique setting to enjoy craft brews in, with its unusual L-shaped structure, elegant light fixtures, and diversity of hanging plants around the walls.
They have 24 different craft beers on tap, including:
- pale ales
- sour beers
- chocolate stouts
- Belgian Wheat
- and Cedar IPAs, among other flavors and genres.
Whatever style of craft beer you enjoy, there’s a good chance Woodburn will have something to offer you.
Many small tables can comfortably seat 2-4 people, as well as lots of stools throughout the bar area and several long tables near the brewery’s back that can handle more huge groups.
While Woodburn does not have any food options, on most days, you may get a range of standard bar dishes and snacks from a food truck parked directly outside the brewery.
In this way, Woodburn combines the best of both worlds by focusing on craft brews and allowing a professional food truck to serve various cuisine alternatives.
The city of Woodburn is also recognized for its pet-friendly policy. The brewery welcomes all dogs, and on any given night, you can expect to see at least a handful of them inside.
During the warmer months, an outside patio area located in the back of the brewery provides additional seating, making it a fantastic place to enjoy a craft beer outside with some friends.

Sunday | 12 PM – 11 PM
Monday – Thursday | 4 PM – 11 PM
Friday – Saturday | 12 PM – 12 AM
A $1 per hour parking lot is available at the brewery, and there is also street parking in front.
